DESCRIPTION

This poster shows a  French soldier picking up medical supplies from the Red Cross whilst two nurses  make up parcels  in background. The Red Cross was one of three official charitable organizations of the war and the only one allowed at the front.

Copies of this poster are in the collection of the American Library of Congress and The Imperial War Museum.
