Cyrus Cincinatto Cuneo [also known as Ciro Cuneo, and also, incorrectly as Cincinatti Cuneo] was born in San Francisco, California in 1879 and studied art at the Mark Hopkins Institute in San Francisco and in Paris at the AcadÂŽ mie Colarossi. He was also a pupil of J.A.M. Whistler.
